Nice little restaurant by the sea. Service was good and staff were friendly. We ordered the spicy clams , chilli squid and the tiger prawns , which were amazing. All the food was delicious and a nice place to come to eat away from all the busy areas. Nice fresh fruit juices also. Great service especially from Myra. Will come back thank you.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. Excellent place for seafood. We ordered the shark fin soup, kum heong lala, white pepper crab, butter mantis prawn and stir fried brinjal. We were very lucky to have the rare 1.4kg crab available. According to the chef, they only have this size 2-3 times a year. Every dish was very well prepared and delicious. Atmostphere was cosy as well and we could hear the aound of the waves as we enjoyed our dinner. Highly recommended and will return again.

Food Taste: 4/5 — Good... We even heard customers at nearby tables saying they were surprised by how fresh and good the food was. Price: 4/5 — For a restaurant on a tourist island, the prices are reasonable. Not super cheap, but fair price. Customer Service: 4/5 - The staff hv roughly explain about the seafood, including approximate weight and price for items like fish, crab, and tiger prawns. After a long day exploring Telaga Tujuh and the Cable Car, we were searching for a good dinner spot and came across Kapal Layar Langkawi on Google Maps and what a find! It’s a beautiful seaside restaurant, perfect for a relaxing meal with a view. There’s even a swing near the edge for photo opportunities. We ordered a variety of dishes including the soft shell crab, steamed fish with lime, cereal prawns, and more. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent throughout. We also noticed photos of well-known artists and celebrities who have dined here a nice sign of its reputation. Plenty of parking space available, which made things even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience would definitely recommend and return when in Langkawi.
